Heather Dunn

Growing up in the eastern part of our state in a small town called Stokes has awarded Heather with some valuable qualties. She has an unmistakable southern accent and the southern hospitality inherent in North Caroline culture, both of which she outwardly credits for her 11 years of success in the real estate industry.  Heather attended East Carolina University, in Greenville, North Carolina and studied Elementary Education and Early Childhood Development.  She also attended Pitt Community College where she received her Certificate in Real Estate Studies that included Real Estate Law, Finance, Management and General Brokerage in 1995. She proudly started her first job in real estate in Greenville and went on to receive many awards including Top Producer and Top Listing Agent.  Somewhere along the way, Heather turned her focus on residential new construction.  She has followed that path closely for many years starting various neighborhoods throughout the triangle, marketing new homes by representing many builders and developers.  Through her ability to demonstrate homes and products and her knowledge of new home communities, Heather has had much success carrying new construction transactions from the point of contract and homesite selection to well beyond closing for homeowners in all price ranges and backgrounds.  She prides herself on customer service and strives to make every transaction not only a smooth one but the very best experience that that buyer and builder have ever had.  In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her daughter, Lydia and her husband, Beasley.  They reside in downtown Fuquay Varina with their three dogs, Jammer, Smidgen and Oakley.

Betsy Gazda

Seven years ago, Betsy moved with her family to Fuquay Varina from a small town in coastal Maine. Growing up in the small town of Oswego in upstate New York, she knew she was here to stay after moving here to North Carolina, Landing eventually in Fuquay Varina, she was a stay at home mother, increasingly thinking about getting back into the working world. Aside from real estate, Betsy has joined and supported many community and educational organizations on behalf of her children. Betsy has been on the Board of the Harnett Central - Parent Teacher Group for her children’s Middle School. She is also active with the local Cub Scout Pack as a Den Leader and a volunteer co-leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop. Betsy resides in Fuquay Varina with her husband Greg, an employee of Progress Energy. They have four children together ranging in age from 4 to 14. The children are active in the local city recreational sports leagues through the towns’ Fuquay Varina Athletic Association. In their busy family life they make time to enjoy the beach as often as they can, camping and backpacking in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and spending time together as a family. Betsy has always expressed to those around her that she enjoys real estate not only to meet and work with such a diverse group of clients, but also the feeling that her job matters, especially when she helps a family find the right home for their needs and lifestyle. Betsy feels pride in what she does and it shows. Her sense of friendship and loyalty to her clients is evident from the first meeting and even after the family is settled. This relationship drives her to do her best for you, the client and to provide you with the best experience possible.

Lisa Galvin

Like a good many of our residents in our area, Lisa is not a native of North Carolina, but grew up in New England, spending her time living in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. A couple years ago, Lisa and her husband Bill and their two sons Tyler now (age 15) and Alex (age 13) made the big decision to relocate their family to North Carolina in search of a better quality of life. “My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner”. We did a lot of research before the move and couldn’t be happier with our decision. While up north Lisa spent 13 years as a paralegal working in both litigation and real estate law. She had always enjoyed real estate, but just wasn’t in a position to change careers because her boys were still a little too young to adapt to the sometimes unpredictable hours. After moving to the area and having such a wonderful experience with the agent we used, Lisa decided that now was a great time to take on a new career. Lisa has had experiences as many of us have had working with great real estate agents, and the others…… I have learned a lot from my past personal experiences with agents that I bring to my business. She is Relocation Certified as well as “Quality Service Certified”. She also understands the anxiety that goes with moving your family to a new state and all that it involves. Lisa and her family live in Holly Springs and in her free time she enjoys watching her sons play basketball, soccer and lacrosse volunteering for the Booster Club, and spending time on the beach and with her family. “Because everyone’s needs are different, it's about understanding my customer's lifestyles and then finding the right real estate answer for them. It can be an overwhelming process, but it's my job to make it simple and enjoyable. I'm in no hurry, I’ve got all the time in the world.....for them."
